Eye Check-up Camp, Naharkatia Constituency

Location: Public Auditorium, Near Sishumora Barpathar MV School, Naharkatia Constituency
1. Objective
The primary objective of the eye check-up camp was to provide free eye examinations and vision correction solutions to individuals suffering from eye-related issues in the Naharkatia constituency.
2. Collaboration
The event was organized in collaboration with the District Blindness Control Society, Dibrugarh, to ensure comprehensive eye care and support for the community.
3. Activity Details
– Date: 10th September, 2024
– Venue: Public Auditorium, Near Sishumora Barpathar MV School
– Participants: Over 300 individuals attended the camp.
4. Services Provided
– Eye Check-Ups: Comprehensive eye examinations were conducted by qualified professionals.
– Spectacle Distribution: Spectacles were provided to 250 individuals suffering from various eye-related issues. The distribution was facilitated by AICHENGFA Social Forum with the generous support of:
– Mr. Taranga Gogoi, Hon’ble MLA of Naharkatia constituency
– Dr. Utpal Phukan, Dental Surgeon of Rajgarh
5. Acknowledgements
