Aichengfa Social Forum implements community-focused projects in healthcare, environmental conservation, disaster relief, sustainable agriculture, livelihood development, legal empowerment, and social welfare.
Each initiative is designed to address real community needs through direct participation, professional guidance, institutional collaboration, and sustainable action.

Location: No. 3 Tingkhong, Tingkhong Constituency, Dibrugarh
Beneficiaries: More than 150 individuals
Aichengfa Social Forum organized a health-awareness camp at No. 3 Tingkhong under the Tingkhong Constituency.
During the camp, more than 150 individuals received health kits containing essential items such as antiseptic soap, hand sanitizer, and basic first-aid supplies.
The programme aimed to educate the local community about hygiene practices, preventive healthcare measures, and the importance of maintaining personal health.

Impact: More than 350 trees distributed and planted
In celebration of World Environment Day, Aichengfa Social Forum conducted a tree-plantation drive across several schools and community centres in Tingkhong and Mahmora Gaon Panchayat.
More than 350 valuable trees were distributed and planted. Students and community members were also educated about environmental conservation and the long-term benefits of planting trees.
The initiative aimed to develop a sense of responsibility towards nature among the younger generation.

Beneficiaries: More than 400 individuals
Aichengfa Social Forum provided flood-relief assistance to more than 400 individuals affected by floods in Dishang Dhanpur, Baliyoni, and Rajgarh.
The relief materials included biscuits, Nutella, detergent powder, antiseptic soap, dishwashing soap, candles, matchboxes, bags, and umbrellas.
The programme provided immediate support to families struggling with the aftermath of the floods.

Beneficiaries: Families from multiple communities
Following the success of the first flood-relief initiative, Aichengfa Social Forum organized a second distribution programme.
Essential food and household items, including rice, dal, potatoes, mustard oil, Nutella, onions, salt, turmeric, detergent powder, antiseptic soap, dishwashing soap, and biscuits, were distributed to affected families.
The initiative helped families in Mahmora Gaon Panchayat and surrounding areas recover from the impact of the floods.

Aichengfa Social Forum inaugurated its Jorhat District Office and established a district committee to oversee and implement social-development activities in the region.
As part of the programme, a bookshelf, holy books, valuable trees, and other necessary materials were presented to the Rajabahar Milito Kalpotaru Prathomik Namghor.
On the same day, the organization participated in a “Mukoli Sobha” at Barpathar Gaon and donated books and valuable trees to local libraries, contributing to the educational and environmental well-being of the community.

Beneficiaries: More than 450 farmers
Aichengfa Social Forum took action to address a swarming caterpillar infestation affecting paddy fields in the Mahmora Borpather area.
Following communication with the District Agricultural Officer, Dibrugarh, 200 litres of medicine were provided and distributed among more than 450 farmers.
The timely intervention helped protect crops and farming livelihoods and demonstrated the organization’s commitment to promoting sustainable agriculture.

Spectacles Distributed: More than 230
Aichengfa Social Forum, in collaboration with the District Blindness Control Society, Dibrugarh, organized a successful eye check-up camp.
Led by Dr. Santanu Gogoi and his team, the camp provided eye examinations to more than 250 individuals.
More than 230 free spectacles were distributed to people diagnosed with vision problems, without any external or governmental grants.
The initiative demonstrated the organization’s dedication to improving eye health and essential healthcare access in rural areas.

Saplings Planted: 200
On the occasion of World Environment Day, Aichengfa Social Forum organized a plantation programme with the participation of villagers from Borkurukani and Sripuria and volunteers of the organization.
A total of 200 valuable saplings, including Mango, Jamun, Amla, Jackfruit, Litchi, Guava, and other fruit-bearing species, were planted.
The programme was conducted to promote environmental conservation and increase green cover in the area.

Spectacles Distributed: More than 200
With the support of Maeyes Foundation, Dibrugarh, Aichengfa Social Forum organized a Free Eye Screening and Spectacle Distribution Camp at Disang Tea Estate.
The camp aimed to improve eye-health awareness and provide essential vision-care services to tea-garden workers and local residents.
More than 300 people received free eye examinations, and more than 200 free spectacles were distributed to patients requiring vision correction.
The programme made a meaningful contribution to improving eye-care accessibility among underserved communities.

Aichengfa Social Forum facilitated a relay-cropping demonstration of Green Pea in standing paddy fields.
The programme was implemented by farmers associated with the organization to promote sustainable farming practices, improve land-use efficiency, and enhance agricultural productivity.
The programme received support from Smt. Baishali Bhuyan, ADO, Tingkhong Area, and Mr. Anup Pegu, DAO, Dibrugarh.
Technical guidance was provided by Dr. Debajit Barthakur, Senior Scientist and Head, KVK Dibrugarh, along with his team of scientists.
The demonstration promoted relay cropping as an effective method for increasing farmers’ income through sustainable agriculture.

Saplings Planted: 600
Aichengfa Social Forum organized a Khuti Pan, or Betel Leaf, Plantation Programme at its Head Office campus.
During the programme, 600 Khuti Pan saplings were planted with the active participation of farmers associated with the organization.
Technical guidance was provided by Dr. Debajit Barthakur and the Scientists’ Team of KVK Dibrugarh.
The programme aimed to promote sustainable horticulture and improve livelihood opportunities for rural farmers.

Beneficiaries: 30 farmers
A Honey Beekeeping Project was initiated through farmers associated with Aichengfa Social Forum.
Under the project, 30 farmers are actively participating in scientific beekeeping activities.
The initiative aims to promote sustainable livelihood opportunities, increase honey production, and strengthen the income of rural farming families.
Technical guidance is being provided by Dr. Debajit Barthakur, Senior Scientist and Head, KVK Dibrugarh, along with his Scientists’ Team.

Spectacles Distributed: 510
Aichengfa Social Forum organized a two-day Free Health Check-up and Eye Check-up Camp during the Golden Jubilee Celebration of Mahmora High School.
The programme was supported by Dr. Trishna Borah, Joint Director of Health Services, Dibrugarh, and Prof. (Dr.) Tapan Gogoi, Professor and Head, Department of Ophthalmology, Assam Medical College and Hospital, Dibrugarh.
The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Munin Gogoi, Medical Officer and Superintendent, Naharani Block Primary Health Centre.
A team consisting of eight government doctors, two optometrists, GNM nurses, laboratory technicians, and pharmacists provided healthcare and eye-care services.
A total of 550 individuals underwent examinations, and 510 beneficiaries received free short-distance corrective spectacles.
Oil India Limited, Duliajan, supported the programme by providing transportation for the medical team.

Aichengfa Social Forum, jointly with the District Legal Services Authority, Dibrugarh, organized awareness camps on child-related laws, free legal aid, and mediation.
Students, parents, teachers, and members of the local community participated in the programme.
The objective was to spread awareness about child-protection laws, legal rights, free legal-aid services, and the importance of mediation in resolving disputes amicably.
Shri Abhijit Saikia, Secretary-cum-Magistrate, DLSA, Dibrugarh, attended as the key resource person and delivered an informative session on child-related laws, legal-aid services, and access to justice.

Aichengfa Social Forum, in collaboration with the District Legal Services Authority, Dibrugarh, organized a Legal Awareness Programme on child-related laws, cybercrime prevention, digital safety, and free legal aid.
A large number of students, parents, and teachers attended the programme.
Mr. Abhijit Saikia, Secretary-cum-Magistrate, DLSA, Dibrugarh, along with the DLSA team, conducted the awareness session and highlighted important issues related to child rights, cyber safety, digital security, and free legal-aid services.
The programme contributed significantly to improving legal awareness and promoting safe digital practices among participants.

Aichengfa Social Forum is committed to promoting healthcare, legal empowerment, sustainable livelihoods, agricultural development, and environmental conservation through the following upcoming initiatives:
Eye-care camps will be conducted across Dibrugarh and neighbouring districts with support from the Department of Ophthalmology, Assam Medical College and Hospital, Dibrugarh.
Legal-awareness programmes will be organized at different locations in Dibrugarh District with institutional support from the District Legal Services Authority, Dibrugarh.
Training and awareness programmes will be conducted with technical support from Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Dibrugarh.
Projects involving horticulture, agroforestry, beekeeping, and integrated farming will be implemented in collaboration with KVK Dibrugarh and Assam Agricultural University.
Plantation and environmental-conservation activities will be organized across Dibrugarh and neighbouring districts to promote ecological sustainability and community participation.
